Low pressure mixing and dosing unit is equipped with a mixing head and stainless steel; temperature controlled, double walled and thermally isolated pressurised tanks. High precision and speed controlled metering and recirculation pumps are installed to convey material components from pressurized tanks to the mixing head. The sophisticated sensor technology enables all process parameters to be monitored and kept under control for a smooth operation of the system.

The base configuration of a dispensing system includes a low pressure mixing and dosing unit and a three degree of freedom Cartesian robot or six degree of freedom robot. With our cartesian robots, you have options of a high dynamics HS robot or high efficiency ECO robot to suit your process requirement. 6 DOF robots are also possible to be integrated in our dispensing solutions for applications requiring more flexible approach.
